Yours for the day really means what it says!! Royalty and aristocrats (plus a TV star or two) have been here before you but Sandon has more to offer than just romantic nostalgia, oozing an indefinable feeling of something special with its elegant ambiance and classic architecture.
The WOW Factor
Sandon is an outstanding location for wedding portraits. Beautiful grounds, wood-panelled interiors and majestic sculptures guarantee first rate photographic opportunities [view].
The aim is to make optimum use of the Hall itself, especially the awe-inspiring Saloon, still adorned with fine paintings, and leading through two sets of pillars to the magnificent, polished stairway. The sense of space and of freedom extends outside with access available to nearly all of the 50 acre gardens.
Facts and Figures
A variety of reception formats are available; all of which include top-class catering [view] by Jenkinsons of Stafford. The caterers also run the bar but there is a special arrangement whereby clients who so wish can provide their own day-time drinks, subject to a service charge. We can host up to 115 for the wedding breakfast and up to 175 for the evening party; there are no minimum numbers.
We have our own top-notch resident DJ [view] and we provide a recommended list of other suppliers, including accommodation. Private vehicles can be left on-site overnight.

Thanks to flexible, tailor-made arrangements every wedding occasion is distinctive as individual wishes are a priority to the highly-experienced management team whose caring skills provide stress-free professional co-ordination of the special day.
As you will see, the Hall is licensed for the Civil Ceremony [view] but if you desire a religious service there is a lovely Church [view] within the park (residential qualifications may apply); the ride across to the house (perhaps by horse and carriage) is delightful. Both alternatives enable the whole day to be compact which is a great advantage especially for guests unfamiliar with the area.
